Discovering the Chakras VII

If we assume that breathing is the starting point, then the chakras are the stations in the long and exciting journey of yoga! Learn what this ancient Indian system is and how it can enhance your spiritual, physical and mental energy! It consists of 7 energy centers that are conceivably placed along the spine, through which energy flows (Prana).

We complete this very beautiful cycle of our energy centers with the top! Sahasrara Chakra.

Our 7th energy center, or the crown chakra, is the source of energy for all other centers.

With the vibrations of the crown we can affect all the other chakras and heal them.

It is the center that characterizes sociability and teamwork.

Color that corresponds to white and physical correspondence the Brain.
