About the event
If we assume that breathing is the starting point, then the chakras are the stations in the long and exciting journey of yoga! Learn what this ancient Indian system is and how it can enhance your spiritual, physical and mental energy! It consists of 7 energy centers that are conceivably placed along the spine, through which energy flows (Prana).
We have already reached our 6th energy center, Ajna Chakra or otherwise the third eye. It is the seat of conscious contemplation. Through this we can create new realities and deconstruct the old ones.
Our mind is the servant of our emotional thoughts. By developing our consciousness and our third eye we will perceive more information, we will better observe others and in general we will have a more complete picture and perception of what is happening around us.
Color that corresponds to violet and all the senses.
