Service Description

Yoga and mindfulness can benefit children’s emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. Learning yoga from a young age gives children the tools to create a healthy and confident life. When practiced regularly, yoga can also help kids manage symptoms of ADHD, as well as anxiety and depression. it also increasing physical activity and flexibility, improving emotional regulation and overall mood, managing stress and anxiety, boosting self-esteem and increasing body awareness and mindfulness.
